🚀 Boost your Avios
This one is strange but real. British Airways lets you multiply the Avios you earned in the last 30 days. Pay a fee and get 1x, 2x or 3x extra copies of them.
It costs around 0.92p to 0.96p per Avios. That makes it the cheapest way to buy Avios there is. Head for Points explains it in detail.

🔀 Other airlines
Your Avios live in 7 programmes: British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus, Vueling, Finnair, Qatar Airways and Loganair.
You can move Avios between all of them for free, 1 to 1, on avios.com. Your account has to be at least 30 days old to move them out.
Why bother? Each programme charges different prices for the same seat. Finnair and Qatar sometimes ask for fewer Avios, or much less in taxes, than British Airways for the exact same flight. Checking takes 2 minutes and can save you thousands of points 🤑.
LEVEL, the cheap long-haul airline from Barcelona, has no programme of its own. You earn and spend Avios on their flights through Iberia.
